Weekly & Bi Monthly Packages

 Both packages include home visit and complete visual inspection of your residence, including the following detailed checks:

•  Run all appliances (as directed) 
•  Inspect / remove bugs / cobwebs / inside and out
•  Flush all toilets, run baths and showers, check for leaks  
•  Light dusting 
•  Visual inspection of night illumination inside/outside 
•  Start & run any stored vehicles as directed 
•  Water Indoor Plants 
•  Verify irrigation is working properly 
•  Verify pool & landscape services are being provided 
•  Verify Security Alarms, Window, Door locks are secured 
•  Maintain climate control as directed
•  Remove Circulars, solicitations, and junk mail from mail box
•  Status update and condition report after each visit
