Why we established Rockwest
Owning a 2nd home in Palm Springs was exciting and new! However, being 1,500 miles away for a month or several months had its drawbacks and anxiety. As a part-time resident, there were several issues that came up that required either a trip back or to contact a friend that could check into it. Having investigated several management companies, we found their services did not fit our needs. What we needed were regular property checkups and a contact that would respond to us directly or even while at the property. As we discussed this with other part-time residents and full-time owners who have property in the area, the idea developed to provide a personalized and customized service for Home Solutions that allowed owners to pick and choose what fit their individual needs.
